This well renowned international concern is urgently looking to employ HR Consultant to provide a Generalist HR partnership and advisory service to Business Managers across the manufacturing site as well as the corporate environment

Responsibility:

Provide the facility to deal with employee queries and facilitate problem solving with their managers.
Delivering centrally designed HR services and processes to the business.
Take responsibility for budget control, policies and procedures, organizational structure, recruitment & selection, staff performance and competence development, reward & recognition, employee relations and wellness.

Requirements:

This position requires a National Diploma in HR/ Industrial Psychology or Social Sciences or equivalent qualification
5 years Generalist HR experience in a management capacity.
