A managerial leader material company for a leading multinational in manufacturing sector seeks a Performance Development Officer

Requirements:

A minimum of a B Degree in the relevant field of HR or Human Sciences
Approximately 5 years experience in a Performing Organisation.
Your flexibility in terms of location is critical as the organisation places its incumbents into locations where services are required on a National basis.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and Improve the People-Asset of the organisation,
Facilitation of Climate Creation and Performance Management Workshops,
Coaching and auditing of performance interventions
Maintaining and improving Career Development Systems and knowledge of the principles relating to Value Creation, Competency Gap Analysis as well a policies & procedures
