Requirements:
Relevant tertiary education At least 5 years general HR experience at Management Level within a manufacturing and unionized environment. Your computer literacy and your previous SAP experience will be a distinct advantage The Hay grading system is in place and experience in this line is a distinct advantage to your application
Responsibilities:
Take responsibility for aligning policies and procedures, remuneration data, salary surveys, benchmarking, company grading and evaluation systems Further, take charge of the end to end recruitment process, including the compilation of job descriptions.
